Super Bowl XLVIII is upon us and we get so excited that we just can’t contain our excitement! So what do we do during the game? We workout to release some energy because there is nothing more motivating than watching some of the best athletes in the world compete in the ultimate showdown. So here is our Body Bar workout to do during this year’s Super Bowl featuring the Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks.
These exercises are done whenever a certain play happens. Enjoy!
Perform 7 Body Bar Shoulder Presses
Perform 3 Body Bar Squats plus 1 for every 10 yards the length of the field goal is. For example, perform 5 more squats if it was a 54 yard field goal.
Perform 7 Body Bar Bicep Curls
Perform 10 Body Bar Tricep Extensions. If the defense scores from the pick perform 6 more extensions.
Perform 10 Body Bar Chest Presses
Peyton Manning yells “Omaha”
Perform a Body Bar crunch for every “Omaha” he yells. The Body Bar can be held at your chest or overhead for more of a challenge.
Russel Wilson Makes a Run
Perform a Body Bar Lunge for every yard he runs but he has to make it past the line of scrimmage. Place the Body Bar behind your head, add a twist for an extra challenge.
