Ann Ritchie’s Wednesday Workout – Body Bar Complex

Introducing Ann’s Wednesday Workout, The Body Bar Complex!  Ann describes this workout below:

“I usually do one set and then high knees for 30 seconds.  We have a 30 second break and then continue for another three to five sets depending on what the rest of the session will involve that day.”

Ann Ritchie is a highly qualified personal trainer working initially for T.O.D Coaching Ltd and progressing onto T.O.D Combat which specializes in combat sports strength and conditioning and other sports conditioning.

Ann was the first female MMA Conditioning Coach level 2 in the UK and trains everyone from deconditioned people to elite athletes and teams She currently is the conditioning coach for Fauldhouse Boxing Club in West Lothian Scotland.

Training under Coach Brian Fernie and Coach Kevin Kearns, she has adapted many protocols to fit various clients and teams and ensures that sessions are fun challenging, achievable and rewarding and aligned to the clients fitness levels, known by all as GI Pain a title she feels is warranted on occasion!
